Welcome! My name is Tameshka (Tam/Tammy). I am an energy healer. I hope to guide and help souls on their spiritual journey, so that they feel more connected, release what no longer serves them and are able to step into their true essence and power. My spiritual journey began through grief by losing my grandfather. The grief felt like a weight which was alleviated by the energy healing sessions I had and made me feel more connected to myself and gave me a different perspective.

I believe in the power of energy healing and our innate ability to heal ourselves. My aim is to help clients achieve a sense of balance and harmony by connecting with your higher-self and strengthening your spiritual connection. I am experienced in various healing modalities (Reiki Seichem, Egyptian Cartouche and Shamanic Healing) and provide each client with individualized care.

I am committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment. I am passionate about helping each individual achieve a deeper sense of peace and emotional wellbeing. I understand that the journey to healing is a personal one, and I am here to support you on your journey.

ENERGY HEALING MODALITIES

I use all 3 healing modalities below in a session as I'm intuitively guided.

Reiki Seichem

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes self-healing. It is administered by ‘’laying on hands’’ or distance healing and is based on the idea that an unseen ‘’life force energy’’ flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s ‘’life force energy’’ is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means ‘’Higher Power’’ and Ki which is ‘’life force energy’’. So, Reiki is actually ‘’spiritually guided life force energy’’. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. Reiki is the attunement to the Earth energy and Seichem (an Egyptian healing modality) introduces the missing elements of Air, Fire and Water using the four elements as a balanced energy healing system. The name Akasha means ether/space in Sanskrit which is the fifth element.

Egyptian Cartouche

The Cartouche acts as a bridge between the mundane world and the higher spheres, allowing you contact with the transpersonal or Higher Self. It is based on ancient Egyptian (or older) knowledge and with the Tera-Mai system of initiation becomes a powerful working energy to benefit and empower all healing, magical, and psychic work. The Egyptian Cartouche is a personal initiation to awaken the qualities inherent in the human soul. These initiations link the student to higher thought patterns and will bring greater accuracy for readings of any sort. It also serves to further open the heart to love and compassion, thus greatly assisting the flow of healing energy. This energy can be utilised for healing, empowering, talismanic or divinatory purposes.

Shamanic Healing

Shamanism is the oldest form of healing known to our ancestors and was originally used in Siberia before spreading across to America and South America. Today shamanic healing is used in many cultures across the world. Like other energy healing modalities, shamanic healing brings in energy from all around us. It explores the underlying causes and seeks to bring about restorative harmony within our bodies.
